Original French Riviera Air France Poster Villemot NrOriginal old airline poster fresh out of old travel agents estate sale. No-reserve on this great art deco looking poster. I don't know anything about posters.
I've seen posters on the antique road show and there must be mnay collectors for items like this. It is signed villemot. Shows a lockheed constellation in teh air along the french riviera. It measures about 24 3/8 by 39 1/4 inches.
The colors are brgiht and sharpe. Nice beach scene with palm trees and sports cars. At the bottom it has the following 695/p. 8/52 maybe its frmo 1952? Alos printed in france. Hubert baillet c ie paris. Two pin holes at the top corners.
One small tear about 1 inch on the top as well as the bottom. A few nicks and dings on the edges. None fo these flaw are in the image area. eB sure to check out my other posters from this estate.
